Do you take a cut of each sale?
No. Buyers pay through your own connected payment provider, so the money goes straight to you. Our commission is billed to you separately each month — we take nothing at checkout.
What counts toward the percentage?
The commission applies to the orders placed through your shop each month, including cash-on-delivery orders.
Which plan should I pick?
Starter and Base cost the same at about $2,000/mo in sales; below that Starter is cheaper, above it Base’s lower rate wins. Choose Pro when you need unlimited providers or API access. Webhooks are included on every plan.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Your admin stays fully accessible. Your public storefront keeps running while your balance is positive and only goes offline after 7 days of a negative balance.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What currency am I billed in?
Prices are shown in USD and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the current rate.
